Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the use of interbatiment.com and the relationship between INTER BATIMENT SERVICES, a French SASU registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 130 361 108, with its registered office at 150Bis Avenue Charles de Gaulle, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France (“the company”), and its customers. Full company information is available in the legal notice.
Services
The company operates in Paris in five areas: carpentry, masonry, parquet installation, cleaning, and buying and selling construction equipment and materials. It works with private individuals, businesses, and construction professionals.
Website content is for information only. It is not a contractual offer and does not allow online ordering or payment.
Quotes and formation of the contract
Every service is subject to a personalised quote prepared after discussing the customer's request. The quote specifies in particular the services, their price, the intended timing, and the payment terms.
The contract is formed when the customer accepts the quote in writing (signed quote or written agreement). The specific conditions of the quote prevail over these general terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in euros and stated in the quote. Payment terms (schedule, any advance payment, payment methods) are those set out in the quote or invoice.
No payment is made directly on the interbatiment.com website.
Performance of services
Services are performed according to the conditions agreed with the customer (scope, dates, access to the premises). The customer provides the information and access required to carry them out.
Any change in scope requested during a project requires prior agreement and, where relevant, an additional quote.
Buying and selling construction equipment
The construction equipment activity is not an online store. Equipment specifications, price, availability, and handover, collection, or delivery conditions are specified for each transaction.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, advance payment, and refund conditions are described in our refund and cancellation policy.
Consumer rights
Consumer customers benefit from the rights provided by the French Consumer Code, including, in the cases provided for by law, a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance or off-premises (Articles L221-18 et seq.), and applicable statutory guarantees.
Use of the website
Users agree to use the website fairly and in particular not to send unlawful, misleading, or automated content through the contact form.
Website content is protected by intellectual property law (see the legal notice). Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of difficulty, customers are invited to contact the company ([email protected]) to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute is brought before the competent courts under the ordinary rules of law.
Changes to these terms
The company may amend these terms. The terms applicable to a service are those in force on the date the quote is accepted.
