Data collected
The website has no customer area or user accounts. The only personal data we receive through the website is what you enter in the contact form:
- full name and email address (required);
- phone number and project location (optional);
- customer type (individual, business, or construction professional) and requested service;
- your project description and any information you choose to include in it.
When the form is submitted, your IP address is used temporarily, in memory and without being stored by the website, to limit abusive submissions. The hosting provider may also keep technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) required to operate and secure the service.
Please do not include sensitive data (health, opinions, etc.) in your project description.
Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your quote or information request, contacting you, and where relevant preparing a proposal: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Answering general questions that do not concern a service: INTER BATIMENT SERVICES' legitimate interest in replying to people who contact it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Protecting the form against automated or abusive submissions: legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and processors
Your data is intended only for authorised INTER BATIMENT SERVICES personnel handling your request. The form message is sent from the company's business email account to its contact address ([email protected]). The website and the mailbox are operated with the support of technical hosting providers acting as processors. Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
Retention period
